Herbert's hairdo slowly grows and changes over the course of the comic. Have you noticed?
Anyway, some comments on this release: during chapter 5, several changes happened which affected the comic's look, and you'll probably notice these changes as you read.
First and foremost - my mother gave me an Intuos 4 for my birthday, to replace my 5-years-old Genius MousePen. That was 2 years ago, but I think she's still paying for it. An Intuos is dreadfully expensive in Brazil.
The first page I finished with the new Intuos was page 5. It actually looks pretty shitty, but that's because I hadn't configured anything yet, and the pen-pressure was wonky. Two pages later, and it's back to looking decent. Little by little I got the hang of my new tablet.
Around page 19 I found this fascinating little program called Manga Studio. From then on, that's the program I used for my lineart, paneling and balloons, while adding colors in photoshop. (Midway through chapter 7, I started coloring in Manga Studio as well. But that's a story for another time.)
In short, it was only during this chapter that I started to feel my comic was truly presentable. And since it also heavily involves Beatrice, one of my favorite characters to draw, this chapter holds a very special place in my heart. I hope you readers enjoy it as well.
